These terms govern your use of the BabahFit website. Separate written terms may apply when you purchase or join a coaching service.

1. Operator

This website and the BabahFit brand are operated by KARYA AKAR LANGIT (Registration No. KT0621460-H), Malaysia.

2. Using this website

You may use this website for personal, lawful and non-commercial purposes. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it at unreasonable scale or use its content to mislead others.

3. Information, not a coaching agreement

Website content is general information. Viewing the site or using its plan selector does not create a coach-client relationship or guarantee acceptance into a programme. A service relationship begins only when both parties agree to the applicable scope, fees and service terms.

4. Service details and payment

Programme scope, duration, pricing, payment, rescheduling and cancellation terms will be provided before purchase or enrolment. If those service-specific terms conflict with these website terms, the service-specific terms will apply to that service.

5. Intellectual property

The BabahFit name, visual identity, website design, text, images and programme materials are owned by or licensed to Karya Akar Langit. You may not reproduce, sell, adapt or distribute them without written permission, except where permitted by law.

6. Third-party services

This website may link to third-party platforms. Their terms and availability are outside our control, and a link does not amount to an endorsement of everything on that platform.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BabahFit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.

8. Changes and availability

We may update, suspend or withdraw website content and revise these terms. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
