A workout is part of your day.
Not your whole day.

Between work, school runs and bedtime, a little time for you still counts.

Build a routine you can repeat. Record what you finish. Come back when you can.

Who is BabahFit for?

Adults who want a practical way to plan and record their training. Whether you’re starting, returning after a break or already lifting, you can build a routine around your day.

Is it only for dads?

Everyone is welcome. We designed it with busy dads in mind: flexible sessions, saved partial effort and an easy way to return after interruptions.

Can I train at home or in the gym?

Yes. Build a routine around the equipment you have, including bodyweight exercises, dumbbells and gym equipment. Cardio can be part of your training too.

Is it available on iPhone and Android?

Web testing comes first. Native iPhone and Android versions are in development and aren’t available in the app stores yet.
